Catechumen Education / Catechesis

Description: Throughout the year we offer classes which are required for inquirers who wish to become catechumens and ultimately join the Church. In the fall, we offer the introductory class “(discovering the Ancient Path” on Wednesday Parish Nights. Beginning in January we offer an additional class in Orthodox doctrine. Also, in the fall we ask that catechumens and those who are approaching initiation to the catechumenate to participate in our weekly “Coffee with ….” program on Sunday following Divine Liturgy. This program helps introduce new members of the church to the parish and its various ministries and their leaders.
